This year’s meeting holds special meaning and historic significance as it marks the 40th gathering of the American Society of Hand Therapists. Evelyn Mackin, PT, wrote in remembrance of the first Annual Meeting, “The history of the American Society of Hand Therapists began with a blank canvas gradually to emerge as an ongoing masterpiece.” Herein lies our inspiration and motivation to continue that contribution toward the masterpiece. Our theme reflects these sentiments and intentions in honor of our 40th Anniversary to be celebrated in Anaheim, CA: Inspired by Our Past to Imagine Tomorrow.
